Agentic Todo helps you manage tasks with the help of an AI assistant. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

What We Collect

• Account info — your email and display name from sign-in
• Your content — the todos and categories you create
• Chat messages — sent to an AI service to generate responses, not stored permanently

We do not collect location, contacts, device identifiers, analytics, or browsing history.

How We Use It

Only to provide the app — storing your todos and processing AI requests. No advertising, no profiling.

Storage & Security

• Data is encrypted at rest and in transit (HTTPS)
• Each user can only access their own data
• Infrastructure is hosted on Microsoft Azure

Third Parties

We use Microsoft services for authentication, data storage, and AI processing. AI chat processing is governed by Microsoft's AI data privacy policy. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

Your Rights

• Access — your data is always visible to you in the app
• Deletion — delete your account and all data from the Account page. This also removes your sign-in account.

Children

This app is not directed at children under 13.
